Exercising The Skills

This image was made of my friend Joe. It was meant to personify his character on the game we play because he is always trying to kill the other players that seem to annoy the hell out of him.

This image uses the lyrics from Black Eyed Peas' song 'Where Is the Love?'. The background image displays the destruction of the human character and what we can do to our fellow man. This is saying 'Why don't we love anymore? When did hate become the main emotion?"
Lyrics from 'When The Wind Blows' by the All American Rejects <3. Of course, I put my face in there because I go with the wind, I leave when the wind blows, and there is no love there any more.

Best Constructive Feedback Ever!

OK. A lot of times I get really annoyed by the replies and feedback from my classmates but today I got the first ever, PERFECT, feedback.

Hello Jennifer,

I think all your answers are good ones I particularly like the last one, negative emotions. That I think it is in addition to being a big inhibitor of communication in and of its self it’s a major factor in contributing to other inhibitors of communication. I think your right that a speech filled with negative emotions can cause the audience to tune out. Even people who may agree with the points of the speaker may end up being push away from the speakers view point due to the negativity of the presentation. It should be said that speeches filled with negative emotions often accompanied by prejudice do have a target audience that share in the negative emotions of the speaker, however this group is already with the speaker in spirit therefore the loss of the audience members who are pushed away by negative emotions makes this a huge inhibitor to a person trying to deliver a message. I like the order you put these inhibitors in. I think you were listing negative emotions and biased on your list where you did because while they are big inhibitors they are probably less common than language differences or attention span. You did great work on this overall.

Thank you Nick!

Characterizing RPG

Out of boredom and not having an actual class on designing. I got bored enough to actually characterize my RPG character on HogwartsLive.com

Name: Aisling Coral Black
Pronounced: ASH-ling COR-AL
Nicknames: Ais, Aisy, Ashley, Aisly
Common Titles: PleaseKill, -_- Face, IPedro, ILokkin, Epic`s, DeathlyHallows
Spouse: (Currently) Epic
Ex Spouses: Akurie (deleted from game), Zunee (banned from game), DogBreath, and Lokkin
Children: NONE
This is a Harry Potter RPG and HL families are the most retarded, incestuous blatant sign of n00b that I would rather not "adopt" pathetic people.
Parents: Names unknown but Father is English/Irish and Mother is Middle Eastern Indian. Mother is evil, Father is good.
Siblings: 3 other sisters thats names are unknown but are with her parents.
Nationality: Middle Eastern Indian with Irish descendants; which explains the Irish/English names.
Personality:Aisling is portrayed as an intelligent young woman, with a lively, playful disposition, which delighted in any thing ridiculous. She often presents a playful good natured impertinence, that does not offend. She is depicted as being personally proud of her mental quickness and her acuity in judging the social behaviour and intentions of others. Aisling takes a cruel pride is making sure self appear to be above another's social caliber. In a snobbery way, she will only associate with those that seem to her to be at her equal, but none is above her. In love, she takes an extra mile to make sure that the figure is duly giving all their attention to her. She has an independence about her spirit that others dream to come close to. She truly is only close to one person.
Strengths: Wit, humor, tolerant, cruel, and pride.
Weaknesses: Impertinence, pride, and attitude.
Hobbies: Flirting, insulting others, playing house, gossiping, causing drama.
Most Commonly Located: Spent 2 years in Hogwarts, 1 year in Ottery but can be commonly found in Ottery or the Shades. Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade are for idiots.
Most Commonly Associating With: Aisling has had many crowds but of late her partners in crime are: Mirandapants, Lokkin, Epic, MyIceCreamRollsOver, theONEwhoMARRIEDdraco, hermioneonpolyjuice, MasterofDisaster, RoyalXavier, Benz, WitchyWoman, and SpinalRemains.
