My older brother's oldest child is turning 13. I remember growing up with her. Now she is all matured. Sadly, she is almost taller than me. 1/2 inch more and I will be the shortest again of the teens and above. Anyways, Erika was basically my first legit client ever. I pulled out all the stops for her. I can not freehand draw very well but I gave her 3 Concepts to choose from with her standard want in it; she wanted balloons. She picked my sketch that looked like this. Then, we went through a run down of colors she wanted. She really wanted me to just Photoshop balloons and piece the rest together but I won her over by doing this completely in Illustrator. We had no idea what we wanted for the background until it was too late. I was researching on the internet and saw starbursts. I wanted to create a starburst background for her. After that, I just took her balloons and faded it into the background. Erika picked her typeface out of the millions that I have. It is called FairyDust. Like I state in my Artist Info; if you are interested in my work, please feel free to email me at JeniReeves@insideoutartist.com OR author@insideoutartist.com
